Pin badges & lapel pins with colour lining & clear cold enamelling
Colour lining & enamelling
»My favourite colour is colourful.« This was the reply of the famous Bauhaus architect, Walter Gropius, in the 1920s when asked to name his “favourite colour”. When the impact of colour meets the centuries-old technique of enamelling, the result is a range of pin badges, lapel pins and lapel badges of exquisite luminosity.
|Method||The colour lining of the embossed badge is produced with coloured enamels and a coating of clear cold enamelling (epoxide resin) on the colour surfaces. Gold, silver, copper or black nickel metal studs separate the areas lined with coloured enamel. This method equates to embossing with colour lining which is further enhanced by a coating of clear cold enamelling (epoxide resin).|
|Motifs||Graphic and 2D motifs.|
