Selection

  • Relief Embossing
Badges and emblems: embossed as a relief

Method: Individual shapes or motifs embossed in metal using brass, copper or precious metals. The surface is polished or worked to a fine gold-, silver- or copper-coloured matt finish and can be enhanced by an antique patina finish.

Motifs: Visualisation of a product, a figure or motif

    Matt and Shiny Embossing
Badges and emblems: matt and shiny

Method: Raised motifs, such as text elements, are polished and the background is sandblasted to a fine matt finish. The contrast between the matt and shiny surfaces results in a particularly elegant appearance. With gold-, silver- or copper-coloured finishes.

Motifs: Graphic 2D realisation of a logo, motif or text elements

    Enamelled Embossing
Plaketten und Embleme,: embossed with enamel

Method: Gold, silver, copper or black nickel metal studs separate the areas lined with colour or enamel.

Motifs: Graphic 2D realisation of a logo, motif or text elements

    2D Casting
Badge and emblems: cast in white alloy with a two-dimensional graphic finish

Method: Individual shapes and motifs are cast in white alloy with a two-dimensional graphic finish. This manufacturing method is mainly used for larger badges. The surface is sandblasted to a fine matt or shining finish, with gold-, silver- or copper-coloured finishes and an antique patina finish on request. A matt and shining finish is also available. In this case, the raised elements are polished while the background structure remains matt.

Motifs: Graphic motifs (surfaces, shapes, text)

    Full Relief Casting
Badges and emblems: cast as a relief

Method: Individual shapes and motifs are cast in white alloy as full reliefs. This manufacturing method is mainly used for larger badges and very three-dimensional motifs. The surface receives a matt or shining finish as well as gold-, silver- or copper-coloured finishes and antique patina finish on request.

Motifs: Visualization of a product, a figure or a motif

    Printing on Steel or Brass
Badges and emblems: printing on steel or bass

Method: Motifs in colour are printed directly onto the metal surface via screen printing or offset printing and coated with cold enamel. In contrast to the embossed version with coloured enamelling, this version does not require metal studs for separation, hence even smallest elements can be realised in colour.

Motif: Complex multi-coloured designs (full- or half-tone motifs, photos, gradients)

Laser Engraving on Metals and Precious Metals
Laser Engraving on Metals and Precious Metals

Method: We use laser technology to produce small editions or exclusive individual pieces. We also realise engravings and micro-engravings with perfect contour sharpness and precision down to the smallest detail.

Motifs: Graphic motifs (surfaces, shapes, lettering, logos) in b/w without gradients.
