Storage of Access Data in Server Log Files

You can visit our website without providing personal information. We merely store your access details in so-called server log files, such as e.g. the name of the requested file, date and time of access, the volume of data transferred and the requesting provider. Use and Collection of Data for Implementing Contracts and Opening a Customer Account

The respective input form indicates which of your data is collected. We use the data you provided to implement contracts and to service your requests. Data Transfer for Contract Implementation

In order to complete the contract we transfer your data to the forwarder commissioned with the delivery, if a delivery of ordered goods is required. Depending on the payment service provider selected by you during the ordering process, we pass the relevant data on to the authorized banking institution and the payment service provider commissioned by us or selected by you. In some cases, payment service providers also collect these data themselves, if you open a customer account there. In this case, you will have to sign in to your payment service provider’s account with your username and password during the ordering process. Use of Data with Regard to Email Newsletter Subscription

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the required data or data separately provided by you to regularly send you our email newsletter upon your consent. Credit Assessment und Scoring

If we are to provide services upfront, for example with a purchase on account, we may obtain information on your creditworthiness and identity from specialized service providers (credit agencies). The credit assessment may contain score values determined on the basis of scientifically proven mathematical-statistical procedures the calculation of which may require the inclusion of your address among other data.
